Tricycle Differential Introduction
1. Tricycle differential is designed for Zongshen heavy duty loader rickshaw/tricycle.
2. The differential housing is integrated to increase durability.
3. The differential assembles hypoid crown wheel, similar to small truck gear.
4. The differential all are equipped with tappered bearing.
5. Clean all parts before assembling.
6. Housing surface gets black coated to prevent from rust.
7. Bolt gets glued by Anaerobic Adhesive before assembling;M8 bolt locking force ≥35N.M and M10 bolt locking force ≥50N.M；
8. Gear axial movement ≤0.2mm；
9. Crown pinion modulus is 4.5mm.
10. Differential adopts M10*1.25 10.9 level bolt.
11. Each differential checks by running-in after assembling to prevent from blocking.
12. Differential runs smoothly without abnormal noise.
